Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties placed upon the package by your country and DHL/UPS brokerage fees for customs clearance. These fees will be COD. Late Deliveries, Order Tracking & Customs

Late deliveries: All Apatchy orders ship from the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver items with standard shipping within 1 to 7 business days, though your shipping time is dependent on your location. Occasionally goods shipped internationally may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Customs: Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. When ordering from apatchyusa.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be advised that Apatchy Ltd cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by season or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time

Returns and Refunds

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.

Goods must be returned unused, with their original labels still attached within 28 days of receipt. The patches for personalisation must ALSO be sent back with the returned bag.


You are responsible for the return shipping charge. Please retain a proof of posting until you receive your refund/exchange.

Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the package and send to the relevant address below. The RMA number must be shown on the outside of the parcel.

Here is the small print concerning returns, refund and exchanges - please do read it.


Our normal returns period is 28 days from the date of delivery, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. Please allow sufficient time for carriage. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Goods returned that are not in their original condition (i.e. unworn or unused and with all labels attached) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

On receipt, we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time of replacement goods if they are not immediately available. We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt of your return.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

Express Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return (except in the case of order cancellations/withdrawals within the EU - please see EU Distance Selling paragraph below), however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If you wish to return goods to us, please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.

USA customers: Please ship via USPS to our US Returns Address.

UK customers: Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. Please ship to our UK Returns Address

All Other International Customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. Regrettably we cannot refund international carriage charges, duties or taxes already paid. Please ship to our UK Returns Address.
Holiday Return Policy:

Starting on November 1st, all purchases made as a holiday gift will receive an extension on the standard return policy until January 15th.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please insure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent.

Jewellery: Avoid contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive pouch or box. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force.

We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTIES

Repair Policy

We offer a one year warranty on our bags and cases. We will cover the cost of repairs for manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame.

We will attempt to repair any item with a manufacturing defect in materials such as a broken zipper or hardware, however we cannot guarantee the availability of original parts or any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear, such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to us.

For any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, please contact us at {~87|92|84|93|46|79|94|79|98|81|86|103|99|97|79|28|81|93|91~} with your name, order number, date of purchase, shipping address, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.

The typical turnaround time for repairs is approximately four or five weeks. Once your request is received, our customer service team will be in contact within two business days with information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair.
